This Privacy Policy describes how AST Games e Sistemas (69.345.462 ANGELO DA SILVA TRAVAIN, CNPJ 69.345.462/0001-47, Paranavaí - PR, Brazil) handles information from users of its games and apps, including the game Cozinha do Caos, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD) and, where applicable, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Information we collect
Our games do not ask for your name, email, phone number or an account. We do not directly collect personal data that identifies you. Game progress and settings are saved only on your device.
2. Ads
Some games, such as Cozinha do Caos, show ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, AdMob may automatically collect information such as the device advertising ID, IP address, device model, system version, language and interactions with ads. This data is processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
3. Consent
Where required by law, such as in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before showing personalized ads, using Google's consent platform. You can change your choice at any time in the game under Options > Privacy options.
4. How we use information
Information collected by the ad provider is used to show ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data.
5. Sharing
We do not share data with third parties, except with the ad provider mentioned above or when required by law or court order.
6. Children
Our games do not knowingly collect personal data from children. In games intended for children, ads follow Google Play's rules for young audiences (non-personalized ads from family-certified networks). If you are a child's parent or guardian and believe their data was collected, contact us so it can be deleted.

You may at any time request confirmation, access, correction or deletion of personal data, among other rights under the LGPD and, where applicable, the GDPR, by using the contact email below.
